I’m excited for this weekend’s Brunswick Stew Event. The Supplies have been purchased, and the sales team are ready after each Mass.
Friday, I’ll be at St Mary’s at 12:00. The task tomorrow is cook and cut the turkey, make the stock, clean and setup of stew pot, and set up of fire pit. Most of the vegetables are canned this year so there much to do with that.
Saturday, we’ll start cooking at 7 am and filling quart containers around noon. We’ll need help stirring the pot, transporting stew inside, filling quart containers, and clean up.
I know some have signed up, but we could use more help. This is my first Brunswick stew and I would like us to err on the side of caution and have more people than not enough. The more the merrier!
