Gentlemen:
On Tuesday, participants in the Shrove Dinner held at St. Ann’s donated $315 to the council. This amount has been deposited to the operating account.
We would like to put a notice in the bulletin thanking the parishioners and indicating which charity we would like to donate the money to.
I would like to recommend that we give it to the Haiti fund.
Please respond with your agreement or propose another charity that you would like to see receive the funds. We should decide no later than the retreat on the 24th. That would allow us to post the thank you note in the bulletion the weekend of 02/28, 03/01.
