Good Afternoon Brothers:
This past Saturday, we used the Square Hardware attached to FS Gregg Palmer’s IPhone. Although this was a very useful tool and certainly gained us some sales, it is very limiting and not the best use of available hardware. A console would allow us to securely receive purchases and it is not limited to only one person’s IPhone, which is not the best practice.
I would like to make a motion that we upgrade our Hardware and purchase a card and chip reader console. The normal cost of this is $299. However, if we purchase this before May 15th (we have our monthly meeting on May 13) the cost is $249, saving $50.
Please send me your feedback and be ready to vote on this motion at the next Council Meeting.
This console would be kept by the Financial Secretary just as the cuurent piece of hardware is.

Is this reader a contactless and chip reading type of reader? Are their any associated fees that accompany this type of reader?
Want to be sure this is the best product for our council. If this is the best product for our buck I am all for it.👍
