It is with great sadness to hear the passing of Pedro Welch (Ron took care of him for many years). I do not have all the details, but a funeral service will be held next Saturday Aug. 3 at Covenant Funeral Home in Fredericksburg. He is survived by his Brother and Sister in-law ( Kenny and Sissy Welch). Please join us in support the family.
