Helpers are needed for the Veterans Dinner on 8 November. In honor of their service, the Knights of Columbus will offer a dinner for Veterans and their families that are parishioners of St Ann’s Church and St Mary of the Annunciation Church. The Veteran dinner will be held in the Parish Hall of St Ann’s Church. There will be a social hour prior to the meal beginning at 5:00 p.m. with the dinner being served after a welcome and ceremonial event(s) around 6:00 p.m. We need 4 volunteers to set up and decorate the tables and the hall. We need 4 cooks to prepare the meal. We need 2 volunteers to man the Welcome Table and assist with name tags and seating cards (used to save a seat at a table). We need 6 volunteers to help clean up the hall and kitchen after the evening’s event. Please sign up on the website if you can.
