The website is not cooperating with us in creating a volunteer sign-in sheet for Saturday’s Golf Tournament, so we need to do create it the old-fashioned way with paper and pen.
We are looking to fill the following three shifts at Hanover Golf Course (14314 Country Club Drive, Ashland , Va. 23005):
- Friday evening prep, December 13th, from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm: 5 spots, need 1-2 more volunteers to cover
- Saturday (December 14th) morning shift from 7:00 am to 11:30 am. 8-10 spots which includes covering the Hole-in-one rounds
- Saturday (December 14th) afternoon shift from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm. 8-10 spots which includes covering the Hole-in-one rounds
Dave Macera will pass around the sign-out sheet at tonight’s Council meeting. If you are not able to attend tonight’s meeting, but would like to volunteer, please email Dave Macera () and let him know which shift (or shifts) you can work.
