It has been breought to my attention that there is still some confusion regarding the work times for the Picnic. Preferably, we could use everyone there fo rthe entire time.
But, as we discussed at the September meeting at St. Ann’s, Kevin was to adjust the sign up sheets and the schedule to reflect the following:
1st Shift 11;00 until 1;00.
2nd Shift 1:00 umtil closing.
We are responsible for:
Asisting handicapped to the field
Maintaining garbage cans
Helping bring food to the servers
Clean up
Breakdown and stacking of chairs
Wherever else we are needed
