Ceremonial team for Exemplification of Charity, Unity and Fraternity Practice

Brothers,

We have two men, Samuel Bentley and Michael McGhee, that have joined the KofC online and would like to complete the process of joining our council. I recommend that we hold a practice session for Exemplification of prior to the council voting them into our council at the December Business Meeting and potentially hosting the ceremony prior to Christmas.

I will schedule a date with the two me after the vote at our Business Meeting.

Michael Fust will be reaching out to confirm the ceremonial team. We can confirm at our Executive Meeting on November 24th.
