Please place this important meeting on your calendar. More information will be forward to you prior to the Central Virginia Caucus meeting.
The State Deputy has approved Wednesday, February 25th, as the date for our Central Virginia Caucus. The Caucus meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, and will be held as follows:
Date: February 25, 2026
Place: The Columbian Center, home of Council 395
2324 Pump Road
Richmond, Virginia 23233
Time: Doors open at 6:00pm
Start Time: 7:00pm

District Deputies are asked to make certain your Grand Knight and Past Grand Knight Delegates are aware of this important meeting and that they attend. State Nominating Committee members will be furnished in advance of the caucus with the names of candidates for State Office and Delegates to the Supreme Council Annual Meeting (Supreme Convention).
Resolutions and Resumes for the State Officer candidates will also be forwarded to you in advance of the Caucus. In addition, each State Officer candidate will submit their responses to several questions from the State Council Nominating Committee. Only Resolutions are required for Supreme Convention Delegates. Those will also be forwarded to you in advance of the Caucus.
Candidates for State Office will also be invited to participate in this meeting. The incumbent State Officers will each have five minutes to address the group and the Candidates for State Office will have ten minutes each to address the group.
District Deputies should hold a meeting with their Grand Knight Delegate, Past Grand Knight Delegate and Nominating Committee prior to the Caucus, so that all can come to the Caucus prepared to vote for support of a State Office candidate. If time permits, we will also discuss support for Delegates and Alternates to the Supreme Council Annual Meeting.
