Sign-up sheets are now available to volunteer to help out with Ashland Train Day. There are two tasks and two shifts for each. Help is needed manning our booth for woodworking sales, four spots, first shift from 9:30 to 1pm, second shift from 1pm top 4pm. The second task is garbage collection around town from Town cans. Again, two shifts, 4 people per shift, 10am to 1pm and 1pm to 4pm. It is my understanding we will have use of a golf cart to carry bags back to the dumpsters. We also monitor the porta-johns for TP.
The date is Saturday, April 25th. Please consider signing up to help as soon as possible. In addition to the revenue from the wood sales from a booth which is free to us ($175 to anyone else,) we receive an additional $200 for the garbage collection. Please consider helping out.
