Our next business meeting will be Monday, August 12th at St. Mary’s Ladysmith. We will also be doing installation of Officers. The schedule as follow:
6:00 – Installation
6:30 – Dinner
7:00 – Meeting
We still need volunteers to provide dinner. Please consider volunteering. We cannot rely on the same 2-3 people to always do the cooking. It’s not an expense to anyone personally as you will be reimbursed for all expenses. Going forward, if the sign-up sheet is empty, there simply will not be a meal.
All officers are asked to attend this Monday. Council shirts and slacks is the dress code and wives are invited for the installation and dinner. Please RSVP to me ASAP, assuming we have a meal, we know how many are coming.
