This event is to prepare the ingredients for the Brunswick Stew. There will be turkey’s to cook, and lots of “stuff” to chop, slice, and dice. Ingredients must be ready for the cooking of the Brunswick Stew the following morning. Pots and utensils must be cleaned and made ready for Saturday morning. Firewood needs to be stacked and ready for cooking the following morning. As with any kitchen operation, there will be stories to tell and tastings, laughing and good comradery.
