The SP-7 application is for Supreme’s Columbian Award – Faith In Action programs. I submitted our form early because we had such a successful 1st have of the fraternal year that we completed all the requirements under: Family, Life, Faith and Community. This form is not due to Supreme until 6-30-2026. We submit the application to Supreme, once received, we submit the form to our State Council. The acknowledgement from the State Council is below. Congratulations to all of you brothers for you awesome efforts.
