Virginia Council Day of Service Project – March 28, 2026 – Building two walkways – Millie’s Home, Hanover County, Va.
As part of the Virginia Council Day of Service project, our Council donated $200 for the material and 40 hours of sweat equity (over 3 days) for Millie’s Home in Hanover County, VA. to build two paver walkways. This also included the necessary landscaping to relieve soil wet soaked walkway areas.
Millie’s Home is the only Maternity Home in Hanover County. The Home serves pre and post pregnancy mothers for up to 18 months.
