Our next council Business Meeting will be hosted by our brothers at St Mary of the Annunciation. Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm. Meatball subs, slaw and chips are on the menu thanks to DGK Jim. We have guest speakers from the Girl Scouts.
We will Pray the Rosary starting at roughly 6:30 pm.
Our Business Meeting will begin around 7:00 pm. We have Myron’s proposal to discuss under Old Business and presentation of 2026-2027 officers and budget to be presented and tabled until council review and will be voted on at our May Business Meeting. We review the 2026-2027 proposed calendar of events.
We need expanded ideas of community service and membership growth.
Pat Brim will provide an update on the Virginia March for Life and the need for brothers to participate.
Our latest calendar, though the end of the fraternal year is attached.
Our insurance agent, James Ginter, will be presenting at our Officers Meeting on April 27th. I encourage all brothers to be present.
Lastly, please pray for peace in the Middle East, Debbie Turner and her family. Deacon Larry, his wife Lisa, Gregg Palmer and multiple other Knights have been working extremely hard on Debbie’s move out of her current residence to her daughter, Rachel and son-in-law, Gary(new member of our council) home. Gregg is attempting to track the hours Knights have committed to this effort and will report on at our next meeting. This is what Knights do. God bless you all.
