2026 Strawberry Faire (June 5 – 6, 2026)

Strawberry Faire is a fundraising event for the Knights of Columbus Council 7538.

The sign-up sheet can be found on the Volunteer Opportunities page (you need to sign-in to view and volunteer).

4 Teams are needed to execute our mission.

  • 6 needed for First Team:  Serves the day prior by picking up stuff from the warehouse and transporting it to the Faire site (Randolph Macon College).  4 trucks and one trailer are needed to move the stuff.  Plus 2 workers who are not truck drivers for a total of 6 on the First Team.
  • 4 needed for Second Team:  Arrives early on Saturday to do last minute prep and then monitor trach cans to ensure they are not full.  Full trash cans are emptied, and a new liner goes in the can.
  • 6 needed for Third Team:  Does the same as Second Team except there is more work on this shift.  Plus Second Team helps get stuff ready to move back to the warehouse.
  • 6 needed for Fourth Team:  Same as First Team except backwards.  They use 4 trucks and a trailer to move stuff back to the warehouse and put it away IAW the Faire Committee’s plan.
