Our councils August Officer’s Meeting will be Monday, August 24, 2026.  We will hold our meeting at 6:00 pm in St Ann’s parlor or commons area due to the awesome Miracle Fund Yard Sale set up in the parish hall.

Agenda items to discuss:

1. Need for additional support the St Ann’s Miracle Fund Yard Sale.
2. Vocations in the Richmond Diocese and our newest seminarian to support, Chad Wilson.
3. The annual Ron Wisniewski Dance for People with Special Needs, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm, 9-20-2026.
4. Coats for Kids, deadline for additional brother donations due 9-30-26.
5. Additional upcoming calendar dates (calendar attached).

The yard sale is our major upcoming focus.  September is kind of a quiet month, but woodworking will be back in full force.  October looks like our busiest month upcoming.  We need many brothers to make the month successful.
