Good evening brothers,

We have a full agenda for our council Officers Meeting on Monday.  We will begin promptly at 6:00 pm.

1.  Supreme Per Capita – due 10-10-2026.
2.  IRS Tax Form 990N.
3.  Liability Insurance coverage.
4.  Council unbudgeted funds “Request for $500 or more procedure” discussion.
5.  VSC Fall Meeting, Saturday, October 3rd, St. Mary’s Gym, Gayton Rd.  Requested attendees:  GK, FS, DGK, PGK delegate,   Membership Director and Program Director.
6.  Monastery of the Visitation Holy Mary Monte Maria site visit recap and shrine rebuild evaluation and azalea garden cleanup,   Wednesday, September 30, 10:00 am.
7.  Box of Joy follow-up:  14 brothers – 18 boxes outstanding.
8.  October 12 – Business Meeting and October calendar.
9.  Coats for Kids deadline – Gregg Palmer – Wednesday, September 30.
10.  New members:  Zechariah Christiansen and Frank Ballinger III.
11.  Millie’s Home gala recap.
12.  Golf tournament update.
